Job Description: The Recruiter for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) plays a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to join All Star ABA. This position involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the effective staffing of RBTs and BTs. The Recruiter works closely with clinical supervisors and administrative staff to meet the organization's staffing needs and maintain a high standard of care for clients.
Responsibilities:
· Recruitment Strategies: Follows through and implements All Star’s effective recruitment plans to attract qualified RBTs and BTs.
· Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
· Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
· Collaboration with Departments: Work with clinical supervisors and other departments to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
· Job Postings: Post job advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract applicants.
· Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.
· Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle negotiations regarding terms of employment.
· Onboarding Support: Completes the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
· Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
· Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
· Posting Budget: Ensure all job postings stay within the company's monthly budget allowance
Qualifications:
· Experience preferred in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or ABA therapy field.
· Strong understanding of RBT/BT roles and responsibilities.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to provide feedback and support to candidates.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and team members.
