Job Title - HR assistant/Coordinator
Location - Darien, CT
Duration - 2+ month (temp contract)
Shift- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- This is a special project to thoroughly review HR files contained in 400+ boxes.
The main responsibilities are:
- Review a large amount of HR files to determine if they can be destroyed or retained per our policy retention policy.
- Document HR files completing our internal trackers (Excel spreadsheets)
- Organize files to be shipped to external vendor for scanning or destruction.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle large amounts of HR files (personnel files, payroll, pension)
- Attention to detail, it is required to enter information to our data base.
- Organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- The role requires to lift and move around boxes containing documents
