Compensation
- We’ll pay you an hourly rate of $19.00 to $21.50.

About The Job
We need you to fill the role of
Human Resources Administrator. The role combines HR administrative support with office coordination to ensure efficient operations and seamless employee experiences. This is a full-time, non-exempt, position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:
HR Administrative Tasks
- Execute administrative functions for the HR department, including invoicing, business/name tags, and supply ordering.
- Maintain the JCCA Database and JCP list for accurate records.
- Support the Chief People Officer on scheduling meetings and other ad hoc projects.
- Serve as the main contact for all internal training, handling scheduling, communication, logistics, and room reservations/setup. Manage trainings/all staff meetings on the Shalom Austin companywide calendar.
- Assist with event/all staff meeting logistics, included but not limited to booking space, ordering, and picking up food, meeting with vendors.
Office Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, serving as the primary point of contact with visitors and directing inquiries.
- Help manage office/desk moves, ensuring spaces are cleaned and ready for new hires.
- Primary point of contact for Shalom Austin’s centralized purchasing.
- Coordinate with Facilities on maintenance/cleaning requests.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience coordinating office logistics.
