Job Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, addressing inquiries, and collecting applicant data.
- Ensure the timely hiring of top talent for all vacant positions to meet the organization's current and future needs.
- Achieve staffing objectives by effectively recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
- Determine applicant requirements by thoroughly reviewing job descriptions and qualifications.
- Attract candidates by posting on all job boards and actively seeking and building networks for future talent needs.
- Evaluate applicants' qualifications through interviews, response analysis, background verification, and comparison to job requirements.
- Lead job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination of pre-employment activities and onboarding processes to ensure a strong cultural fit.
- Manage all recruitment-related communication, ensuring targeted audiences, key stakeholders (Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners) are well-informed.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Business Partner on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and staying informed on industry market trends.
- Proactively engage hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback on candidate submissions and interviews.
- Assist in launching sourcing communication campaigns, including social media posts, updates on social media sites, and geotargeting advertising campaigns.
- Meet business demands within appropriate time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and other SLAs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Behavioral-Based Interviewing Techniques.
- Ability to influence hiring managers in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn recruitment systems like SuccessFactors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Disciplined and process-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics.
- Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for various roles.
- Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
Working Conditions:
- Sedentary work with up to 25% event coordination, requiring long periods of standing and carrying.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
