The Senior Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the project management and the delivery of the human resources related projects within the organization. The project manager creates, manages, and executes different projects to standardize and strengthen HR practices across the organization and define new processes. They may work with the Head of HR, HR Business Partners, and other HR Managers to ensure streamlined delivery of major HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and establish HR programs and policies. Revise existing policies and create new ones to align with business needs and objectives. Maintain strong relationships with business units and key partner groups to ensure understanding of their needs and ongoing support for project activities.
Translate business objectives into actionable projects with clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and success measures. Develop comprehensive project plans, communicate expectations to stakeholders and to team members; define criteria for project success throughout its lifecycle.
Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions to resolution and ensure effective communication of project progress. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
