Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the HR department, contributing to various HR functions and supporting the organization's overall HR strategies.
Duties
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Assist in affirmative action planning and compliance
- Handle conflict management and resolution within the organization
- Utilize HRIS for data entry, reporting, and analysis
- Support organizational design initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning for human resources
- Collaborate with various departments on HR-related matters
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management
- Proficiency in SAP or similar HR software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of organization design principles
- Ability to engage in strategic planning discussions
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and talent acquisition processes
- Understanding of affirmative action planning and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
