What is a People Services Generalist?
The People Services Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related tasks as assigned by the Director and works closely with other members of the team, supporting the overall mission of the organization.
What does a People Services Generalist do?
The People Services Generalist daily functions could include completing hiring, onboarding, orientation tasks, employee setups, and responding to a variety of HR questions. Some additional tasks could include:

Participates in activities to onboard and prepare new employees for orientation

Updates personnel records in a timely manner to maintain regulatory accreditation standards and agency policy compliance

Follows onboarding processes to ensure that compliance standards are applied for each new hire

Schedules orientation with new hires to include document preparation and account set-up as needed
What are the qualifications for a People Services Generalist?

High school diploma, required
-
Proficient computer skills, required
-
Working knowledge of ADP is required
-
Microsoft Office experience is required
-
Excellent customer and client service skills
-
Experience verifying professional licenses
-
Home Health experience, preferred
What is the schedule for a People Services Generalist?

Monday-Friday
-
8:30 AM-5:00 PM
