Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7-10 years of proven experience as a Director of Human Resources or in a similar senior-level HR role, preferably in a remote or global organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing HR strategies and programs that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
