Job Title: HR Assistant (Onboarding)
Job Description
As the HR Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our new associates.
- You will facilitate onboarding processes within HR for all employees, according to company guidelines and protocol.
- Expect to provide administrative support for HR functions, including employee records, maintenance, and data entry into HRIS.
- You will work closely with members of the Talent Acquisition team as well as HRIS to ensure timely, thorough, and consistent onboarding of new hires and transfers.
- You will serve as a key point of contact during the orientation period to ensure a smooth onboarding and orientation experience.
Hard Skills
- Experience with monitoring background checks
- Experience with eVerify I-9 documentation processes
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s) with potential to extend.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Greenwood Village, Colorado and some days remote.
Hybrid - Monday/Wednesday and maybe one other day in office. Working in a team environment, you have your own area but will sit with HR/TA.
