Human Resources Manager Responsibilities And Compensation
- 3+ years of HR experience, within the hospitality or restaurant sector
- Strong skills in employee relations and talent management
- Excellent critical thinking, communication (both written & verbal), and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Professional HR Certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
