The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and resolve employee relations issues
- Coach and strategize with managers on overall team efficiency and culture initiatives
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Resolve timecard issues for hourly staff and provide guidance on timecard processes
- Responsible for administration of benefits including 401K and other ancillary benefits
- Provide general overview and guidance on all worker's compensation and FMLA matters
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations related to overall compensation strategy
- Other HR duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for creating reports for management
- SHRM or PHR certifications a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
