Job Location: Irving, TX / Dallas, TX
Salary: $130k-$160k + vehicle + Performance Bonus
Requirements: 6+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Industrial, etc.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects from inception to completion
- Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel
- Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards
What You Need for this Position
- 6+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
- Experience on any of the following projects: Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Grocery Stores, etc.
- Ground-Up project experience, preferably with projects exceeding $15M
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
