Job Summary: As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s growing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to improve and streamline recruitment processes and tools.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of Texas labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
