As an
HR Associate at NVR, parent company of
Ryan Homes and NVHomes, you will provide HR support to a dynamic team and assist in the delivery of HR services to the business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR Team members to support hiring, retention, and development
- Support the recruiting function by preparing job offer letters
- Facilitate the background check and I-9 process for new hires
- Support employee benefits administration including the annual benefits open enrollment process, audits, and leave of absence management
- Answer employee and management questions on a variety of HR related topics including providing basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Develop reports and analyze data to drive decision making and process improvements
- Manage and maintain information within NVR’s HRIS
- Support adhoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related field
- Prior Human Resources administration experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and experience handling confidential information
- Proficient organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports
