Our client in West Houston is seeking to add an HR Coordinator to the team! The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and have experience taking full ownership of HR duties.. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. An individual who is looking for a hands on role and seeking to make an impact would thrive in this role!
Experience Requirements/Role Responsibilities
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
- Experience working with PEO
- HR Compliance
- Payroll processing
- Employee engagement and creating relationships throughout the organization
- Be an advocate for the organization and the labor force
- Must work autonomously and confidently
