Title –Director of Human Resources
Hours: 8 - 5 - hybrid
Pay: up to $170,000

Requirements:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization’s mission and long-term goals
- Manage labor relations, including negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements and resolving union-related issues
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains diverse talent
- Develop and manage performance management programs, including evaluations, development plans, and succession planning
- Collaborate with leadership to foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and satisfaction
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, conducting regular reviews to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
- Address employee relations issues, manage conflict resolution and provide guidance to staff and management
- Manage HR operations, including budget oversight, HR systems, and recordkeeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Drive organizational initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellness
