Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an HR Assistant for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- This is a special project to thoroughly review HR files contained in 400+ boxes.
- Review a large amount of HR files to determine if they can be destroyed or retained per our policy retention policy.
- Document HR files completing our internal trackers (Excel spreadsheets)
- Organize files to be shipped to external vendor for scanning or destruction.
- Ability to handle large amounts of HR files (personnel files, payroll, pension)
- Attention to detail, it is required to enter information to our data base.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- The role requires to lift and move around boxes containing documents.
- M-F 8-5
