Recruitment Assistant (Human Resources)
Location: Aliquippa, PA (20 minutes north of Pittsburgh International Airport)

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Campaigns: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies using social media and networking.
- Community Engagement: Represent ARDEX at local career fairs and engage in outreach with high schools and colleges.
- Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
- Candidate Management: Conduct preliminary interviews, manage the applicant tracking system, and coordinate the interview process.
- Compliance & Coordination: Ensure recruiting processes comply with legal requirements, manage employment checks, and maintain accurate personnel files.
- New Hire Integration: Prepare training schedules and conduct orientations to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 (one) year of recruitment experience is essential
- Minimum 1 (one) year of HR experience is preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems is essential; ATS experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and precision in maintaining accurate records
- Proven organizational skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Confident, effective and engaging presenter
- High levels of self-motivation, initiative, ideas, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong team player: collaborates effectively with a diverse team across different locations
- High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Minimum completed high school with applicable work experience is essential. Associates degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or related area is preferred.
