Are you a seasoned Human Resources professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at our New Jersey office.
Key responsibilities include overseeing all human resource functions firm-wide, from resource planning and recruitment to performance evaluations and employee relations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Managing firm recruiting, hiring, development, and retention programs
- Ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and employment law practices
- Determining staffing needs and overseeing employee relations
- Coordinating with payroll and benefits personnel on benefit plans
- Keeping senior management team informed on HR matters and assisting with any changes with processes and procedures as it relates to human resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
- 4+ years of experience in professional service organizations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to implement solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with partners, attorneys, and staff
