Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to the leadership team across multiple markets.
- Supervise and mentor the HR Assistant.
- Review, track, and ensure compliance with all required training, education, and assessments.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute talent strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Offer expert guidance on complex HR matters, such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
- Manage the full talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for key roles.
- Research and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth.
- Oversee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigative processes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- Lead new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Create and manage a structured onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and 90-day performance follow-ups.
- Represent the company at job fairs and maintain brand standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and staffing agencies for future talent sourcing.
- Perform other HR-related projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an Associate's degree in a similar field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality are a must.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
