POSITION TITLE: HR and Office Manager
REPORTS TO: CEO
Join Our Team as an HR and Office Manager! We are a dynamic and growing company with three locations, seeking a dedicated and organized HR and Office Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and effective human resources management. Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR and Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining compliance, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment across all three locations, ensuring they are adequately supplied.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR regulations for new, existing, and outgoing employees.
- Manage new employee onboarding and outgoing employee offboarding processes.
- Handle payroll for managers and hourly employees using Aspire and IPS software.
- Administer benefits programs, including 401k and health insurance.
- Manage Workers' Compensation and other insurance claims.
- Oversee the H2B Visa process for our seasonal workforce.
- Coordinate apparel and uniforms for all employees.
- Manage technology needs, including AT&T, Apple, Dropbox, Greenius, and GoDaddy (Microsoft 365).
- Plan and execute Training Rodeo event in April and End of Year Rodeo event in October.
- Organize team events, such as monthly First Friday lunches and employee engagement activities.
- Manage HR processes and documentation for incidents, accidents, injuries, absences, tardiness, vacation, bonuses, raises, disciplinary actions, resignations, and other HR circumstances.
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook.
- Oversee recruiting and hiring processes.
- Manage employee rewards and recognition programs.
- Ensure organized and accurate record-keeping.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to act without being told what to do.
- Tech-savvy, proficient with modern technology and software.
