Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our talent strategy, focusing on attracting, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent across all levels of the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with the company's growth and culture. As part of the HR Leadership Team, you will lead a team responsible for hiring over 2,000 employees annually and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term goals. Identify key talent needs and design a roadmap to achieve recruitment success.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Drive the development of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process that creates a great candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand business objectives and staffing needs. Provide insights on workforce planning, talent mapping, and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the organization's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Leverage social media, industry events, and other channels to maintain a positive reputation as an employer of choice.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to measure the success of recruitment strategies and improve processes. Track key performance indicators to make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse talent pipeline and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations while staying up to date on industry trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive in the talent acquisition space.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including a senior leadership role with proven success.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a geographically dispersed team, with high-volume recruiting expertise.
- Previous experience in a high-growth company and fast-paced environment is required.
- Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor market trends, and talent management best practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of recruitment technology tools.
