We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Duties
- Manage The Orientation and On Boarding Process for new hires
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Experience
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Knowledge of FMLA, Employment labor law, and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems such as Dayforce, UltiPro, etc.
- Strong experience in managing employee orientation, evaluation, contracts, and HR sourcing
- Familiarity with succession planning is a plus

Pay: $71,042.00 - $74,569.00 per year
