Qualifications, partial list:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a senior HR management role, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and HR program implementation
