Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working with people.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases.
- Recruitment Support : Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Onboarding : Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
- Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Payroll Support : Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and updating payroll records.
- Benefits Administration : Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Event Coordination : Help organize and coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Compliance : Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.
- Data Management : Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Qualifications :
- Education : Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or databases.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills : Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
