Job Title: Staffing Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR
Employment Type: 6 month contract with potential for extension
Compensation: $26-$33 per hour DOE
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Staffing Coordinator to join our unique client's team on a 6 month or longer contract basis. This role is crucial in supporting their team to attract and hire a high-quality, diverse workforce. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
- Schedule and coordinate video, and in-person interviews.
- Create and post new job requisitions.
- Track and document candidate communications and processes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboard new hires including new hire paperwork, orientation and benefits administration.
- Provide high-quality customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and employees.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, Human Capital, and other key internal stakeholders to support effective talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a staffing coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software.
- Energetic, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
