Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team in Dallas as an HR Generalist and Executive Assistant. This role combines human resources responsibilities with high-level administrative support for executives, employee engagement, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Serve as the primary HR generalist for our Dallas office
- Collaborate with our offshore office for HR support and coordination
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation
Executive Assistance
- Provide administrative support to two executives
- Manage executives' schedules, including planning meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Employee Engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for our 50+ local employees stationed at various client sites
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure employee satisfaction and address any concerns
- Facilitate communication between off-site employees and the main office
Client Relations
- Meet with client stakeholders during site visits to maintain positive relationships
- Gather feedback and address any client concerns promptly
Event Management
- Travel with executives to attend conferences and industry events
- Assist with exhibition planning and execution
- Coordinate logistics for company representation at various functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR and/or executive assistance roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 30% of the time)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
