OVERVIEW
Infinity Water Solutions is a water-technology and sustainability company headquartered in Austin, Texas. As one of the largest water recycling companies operating in the Permian Basin, Infinity is innovating in the energy sector and saving thousands of barrels of freshwater resources daily. The Corporate Administration Department is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to assist with HR matters and assist with office management.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
As an HR Administrator with Infinity, you will work to handle a wide range of HR tasks in Texas and New Mexico as well as work to make sure daily operations run smoothly, working to provide the behind the scenes support that contributes to the success of the team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and entering employee data;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory compliance for small businesses;
- Updating and maintaining records;
- Reviewing and revising company policies;
- Maintaining sensitive information;
- Document preparation and general administrative duties;
- Occasional travel booking and receipt entry for C-suite executives;
- Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in an HR administrative role or similar position. HR Certification(s)++.
- Knowledge of Texas small businesses employment regulations. Knowledge of New Mexico, or other state requirements++.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite and Google product suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Organized and adaptable.
- Willingness to have fun!
TIMELINE
The HR Administrator position is a Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in-office position. Infinity is looking to fill this role by October 15, 2024.

Compensation is based on experience and local markets
