Position: Human Resources & Technology Specialist
Reports To: Chief Human Resource Officer & Executive Director of Technology and Innovation
Classification: Classified - Union Exempt
Terms & Conditions: 12-month / Full-Time
Responsibilities: Under limited supervision, this position provides assistance and support to the Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Director of Technology
and Innovation and other areas under the responsibility of the departments. Independently performs a variety of tasks and implements directives
on a day-to-day basis to assist in the efficient operation of the departments
. Qualifications: A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A waiver of this requirement will be
considered for those possessing a high level of related experience and expertise. Five years of office experience with excellent grammatical,
proofreading, computational, and computer skills required. Must possess a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, positive human relations skills,
good judgment, exemplary follow through, and organizational skills. Prior human resources and public school experience are strongly preferred.
