Job Description
The Human Resource Coordinator at Lilac Ridge, LLC program will be responsible for managing and supporting daily HR operations in the main office, working directly with the Executive Director and administrative personnel. This role requires exceptional organization, professionalism, and self-motivation. As the primary point of contact for visitors, prospective hires, and office coordination; the HR Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office and managing HR processes.
Responsibilities
Office Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for all phone calls and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming presence in the office Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Manage office supplies, including taking inventory, ordering new items, and restocking throughout the office as needed.
- Create and maintain a vendor database to oversee all office maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Making sure that the office is clean and presentable.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Execute recruitment advertisement plans as outlined by the Executive Director, including posting job ads, tracking, and renewing advertising subscriptions, and researching outsourcing opportunities.
- Monitor applicant databases daily, identifying candidates who meet minimum qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and assist candidates by answering any questions they may have about the process.
- Manage all onboarding tasks for new hires, including background checks, TB tests, Food Handler cards, and required documentation.
- Oversee the recruitment applicant tracking database, ensuring timely updates.
- Schedule and coordinate the new hire orientation process and organize training sessions, such as Right Response, CPR, and other required certifications.
- During the onboarding process you will be expected to coordinate with management, adding to and adjusting the schedule as needed.
Personnel Management
- Ensure employee files meet compliance standards and are up to date.
- Track and monitor employee training status, including expiring certifications, and coordinate renewals as needed.
- Organize and schedule ongoing employee training programs, such as Right Response refreshers, CPR/First Aid, and other trainings recommended by the Master’s Level Therapist.
- Manage and track employee performance reviews, coordinating with supervisors to ensure reviews are completed on time.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resource Management).
- At least two (2) years of experience in human resources or business coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Previous experience supporting executive-level management in an administrative role.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
