We are currently searching for an organised and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us manage our HR functions efficiently. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our HR department by handling various administrative tasks. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR-related duties. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be key to succeeding in this role.

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees.

Maintain files, both electronic and paper, related to HR processes including leave requests, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Support payroll processing by preparing and submitting related documentation and timekeeping records.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities and compliance training.

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.
