Position Overview:
Are you passionate about developing talent and influencing leaders? As an HR Associate Manager at PepsiCo, you'll be a crucial part of our strategic vision. You'll work closely with leaders across the organization to drive key initiatives, provide HR support, and contribute to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute key initiatives that align with PepsiCo Beverages North America's (PBNA) strategy.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on company policies, HR programs, and best practices.
- Diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).
- Support leadership in performance management and succession planning.
- Understand business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
- Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt and non-exempt positions, including campus recruiting.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational health and culture at the site and region levels.
- Lead and participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives at the market and regional levels.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both in writing and verbally.
- Manage multiple projects independently, with overlapping tasks and minimal supervision.
- Be willing to work flexible hours and travel up to 25% of the time.

- Competitive salary range: $85,200 - $142,650, based on location, skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR and leadership experience, particularly in supporting front-line employees and field-based client groups.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments and labor relations/union experience is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate concepts into actionable items.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and deliver tough messages with professionalism.
- Expertise in data analytics for developing fact-based solutions.
- Consultative style with the ability to build credible relationships with business partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Must have the indefinite right to work in the United States.
