Position Summary
The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives. This individual will strengthen and optimize the organization’s HR practices by developing, executing, and assessing policies, programs, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and integrate new hires
- Oversee performance management processes, providing timely feedback
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Drive talent acquisition strategies and ensure effective hiring
- Conduct regular KPI reviews
- Address performance issues with employees and implement improvement plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Proven success in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Expertise in training both managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment
