Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team fulltime. This role is hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). Locations are Philadelphia and Washington DC.
*If your current title is not "HR Manager", our client will not consider for this position*
Requirements:
-5+ years of experience as an HR Manager at a law firm or professional services firm
-Strong experience with Employee Relations
-Strong experience with FMLA/Leave (Short-Term Disability Leave)
-Great communication, proactive, team player, partnering with HR Director on strategy
Compensation:
$120,000 - $130,000/year (flex depending on years of experience and location)
