Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Euless, TX [Please note that this role is 100% onsite with no hybrid/remote flexibility]
Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM CST
Salary Range: $65K to $75K BOE
Duration: Full-Time
Job Overview: Lead theadministration of payroll and benefits programs within the HR team. This role oversees the accurate and timely completion of payroll processing and manages the company's employee benefits offerings. The individual in this position provides responsive service to employees, addressing questions related to compensation and benefits. Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations at all levels.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of human resources experience centered around FMLA, benefits administration, workers compensation, and payroll
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Paycom experience is highly preferred, but not required; must be proficient with an HRIS system (i.e. ADP, Paycom, Workday).
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidential employee information professionally
- Certification in payroll (CPP) or benefits (CEBS) is a big plus, but not required
