Job Summary:
The Senior HR Generalist will collaborate closely with Leadership to align with both daily operations and various Human Resources projects. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of corporate-level HR and will work in coordination with recruiting and administrators on payroll matters. Success in this position requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities, strong verbal and written communication skills across the organization, keen attention to detail, and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible position as one of the key faces of our community. Some periodic travel will be required as needed, such as every other week's attendance in the Corporate Office on the hybrid schedule and trips to certain facilities for general onboarding or other unique events or occurrences.

Senior Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership or Business Administration/Human Resources
- Experience with federal and state compliance and employee regulations
- 3-5 years Sr HR Generalist experience required
- 2+ years as HR Supervisor or Manager preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
Preference:
- Exposure to operational or logistic environments
- Exposure to DOL & DOT Safety and Compliance regulations
- Union experience preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
