Job Description:
Agency Staff Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the-temporary staffing-process. Key responsibilities include.
- Reviewing and analyzing managerial practices, including organization structure, procedures, decision-making processes, communications, and controls related to temporary staffing.
- Interpreting and applying Federal and State guidelines, directives, and instructions recommending operational changes to ensure compliance.
- Participating in studies to identify needs, clarify objectives, and assess alternate approaches to operational issues.
- Conducting both short-and long-term analyses to support the revision or modification of operational programs and policies.
- Training management staff on temporary staffing procedures and related processes.
- Developing systems and writing proposals, procedural manuals, and preparing special or routine reports.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- At least six months of experience in conducting studies, including evaluating operations, programs services, policies and procedures for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- At least six months experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- At least six months experience in narrative report writing.
- Knowledge of designing studies, including setting goals and objectives, determining necessary information, and selecting appropriate data collection methods.
- Knowledge of making recommendations based on study finding for the continuation or improvement of operations, programs, and policies.
