This practice is on an ambitious journey to double their clinical staff in the next 12 months, necessitating a dedicated recruiter who can help them scale effectively.
Who You Are
- You bring 2+ years of experience in recruiting clinicians within a private practice setting.
- You have a track record of successfully placing candidates in volume (1-2 per month).
- Your creativity shines when finding clinicians and forming partnerships with educational institutions and communities.
- You are skilled in networking and have experience participating in job fairs throughout the Boston area.
- You excel at keeping clinicians engaged and can navigate salary negotiations with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Lead the recruitment efforts for the practice by hiring both general and specialized clinicians.
- Oversee the candidate interview process, ensuring smooth coordination and gathering valuable feedback.
- Source top candidates through job boards, networking events, job fairs, and other creative avenues.
- Negotiate job offers while ensuring a fair and competitive process for all clinicians.
- Collaborate closely with clinic directors and operational leaders to match the right clinicians to the appropriate locations.
- Work alongside Human Resources to facilitate the onboarding process for accepted offers, maintaining communication with clinicians before their start dates.
