Role Overview:
As the Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent. You will also handle staffing coordination, working closely with hiring managers to streamline recruitment and maintain an efficient hiring pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and facilitate the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruiting metrics and candidate databases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in the tech or AI sector.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, with the ability to attract top talent.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
