Overview: Talent Masters is seeking an exceptional
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a confidential client. The ideal candidate will have extensive global experience and a proven track record of successfully leading HR functions in organizations ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 employees. This high-impact role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of HR technology, total rewards, and talent acquisition. The CHRO will report directly to the CEO, build and lead a large HR team, and establish a shared services center to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global HR function, overseeing strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, HR technology, total rewards, and employee engagement.
- Build and manage a high-performing HR team and shared services center, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the organization grows.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align HR strategies with business goals and company culture.
- Design and implement global total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
- Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead HR technology transformations, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of HRIS and other tools.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the organization.
- Provide guidance and support on global workforce management, including compliance with international employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of global HR leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in scaling HR operations for organizations with 1,000 to 10,000 employees.
- Strong expertise in HR technology, total rewards, and talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to build and lead large HR teams and shared services centers.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with senior executives and providing strategic guidance to the C-suite.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary up to $250K.
