HR SPECIALIST
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources (prefer)
(Required) a Bachelors US College/University
Experience: minimum of 3 Year in an office setting doing HR related duties.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of HR software systems / payroll systems and processes
- Knowledge of policy & procedures
- Employment and labor laws in Federal, state, and local
Responsibilities:
- Update manuals and handbook.
- Prepare weekly managers meeting report.
- Manage employee’s attendance and time off request.
- Administer hiring and termination process.
- Searching insurance company, payroll report, preparing evaluation review.
- Comply a company all procedures and policy.
Skills:
- Strong Intrapersonal communications verbal and writing
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Other HR Duties will be trained on to progress into:
- Back up to payroll (weekly processing)
- Assist in compilations for yearly Insurance policies.
- Process all 401K changes in the system.
- Orientation of new hires
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $750,000.00 per year
