- Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
- Utilize ADP HR and Payrollsystems for data entry and reporting
- Support change management initiatives within the organization
- Conduct interviews and participate in employee evaluation processes

- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Experience with recruiting processes and conducting interviews
- Knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and FMLA guidelines
- Ability to adapt to change management initiatives
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
