The HR Manager is crucial in overseeing daily HR operations and partnering with management to ensure efficient plant operations. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, recruitment, development. This position will oversee 3 direct reports.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with the management team to ensure efficient and timely operations.
- Oversee employee relations, recruitment, development, and retention.
- Manage HR policies and programs.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and development processes.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and drive change management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, OSHA, and EEO regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing (food manufacturing preferred) and with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
