A Leading Beauty Retailer is seeking an HR Associate to join their team on a contract basis. This is an onsite, contract role in San Francisco. In this role, you will manage employee relations and act as the first point of contact for all employees—a warm and engaging presence is a must! ** This is an onsite contract role in San Francisco, pay will be $25/hr**
What you’ll do:
- Act as the main point of contact and resource for all employees regarding employee relation inquiries
- Manage the employee relations inbox
- Handle all COVID-19 issues and investigations, including providing formal written documents to associates and the Legal team, as needed
- Launch COVID response and maintain up to date with guidelines
- Pull regular analysis reports in Excel and present them to management
- Maintain the internal database with the utmost accuracy
- Aid with additional projects as needed by the HR team
What you’ll need:
- Ideally 1-2+ years of experience in HR role
- Experience with handling ticket requests is required.
- Experience with payroll, subpoenas, appeals, and working knowledge of California Labor Laws
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Warm and positive with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
