We're hiring a Temp Recruitment/HR Assistant for a major entertainment company in Santa Monica. This hybrid role is onsite 3-4 days a week, lasts about 2 months, and pays $27/hour.
Role Overview: As a Recruitment/HR Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in organizing and streamlining recruitment and HR activities. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and meetings
- Organize job postings and maintain recruitment documents
- Act as primary contact for candidates
- Provide administrative support to the Head of HR
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience (HR/recruitment experience a plus)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
