Insight Global is currently looking for a Training Professional / HR Assistant temp to join our client in Waukesha, WI Lincoln Ave location. This role is a 6 month contract with possible extension or conversion to full time. The Training professional assists in the leadership, administration, and coordination of the plant’s offline training processes to assure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of the workforce in support of the business strategic plans and the pursuit of business excellence. This position will report directly to the HR Manager.
Must haves:
· A high school diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
· 2+ years of administrative experience
· Must be proficient and experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Some college level courses preferred.
· Previous experience in training and/or leadership/supervisory role
· Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
