Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage and oversee projects in the Multi Family and Hotel industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the project team, including Superintendents and subcontractors.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on the job site.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience in Project Management, specifically in the Multi Family and Hotel industries.
- Experience Managing Projects from Conception to Completion
- Knowledge of Construction Industry Regulations and Codes.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
