Jackson Hogg are delighted to be retained by a leading industrial technology firm, with the appointment of an HR Business Partner.
The ideal candidate will have generalist HR exposure and a demonstrable track record in delivering operational and strategic HR initiatives and projects. As HR business partner you'll be responsible for building and nurturing internal relationships with key stakeholders across the US business, supporting with HR and people related issues, projects and initiatives whilst driving alignment and consistency.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders in relation to HR and People policies, goals and objectives
- Support and coach management with employee relations and performance challenges
- Drive and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects across the US region
- Work with managers and internal stakeholders to talent pipeline and identify current and future skills gaps, talent mapping and career pathways
- Manage and facilitate leadership development and coaching activities
- Responsible for leading annual performance and salary reviews, working closely with wider HR and benefits teams
- Lead and support with local recruitment and staffing activities
We are keen to speak with qualified HR professionals who have worked in Engineering industries or a regulated environment and have considerable and demonstrable experience in a business partnering or managerial position, influencing Hr and change initiatives.
