Description
We are in search of an experienced HR VP - Compensation & Benefits to join our team in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, based in Fort Worth, Texas. The role primarily involves managing and overseeing compensation and benefits aspects of the HR function, including the development of compensation strategies, policies, and plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Total Rewards and Payroll teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Develop comprehensive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top-tier talent
- Oversee the company's executive compensation programs, including stock options, bonuses, and other incentives
- Design and manage reporting for key employment metrics
- Oversee the collection and reporting of employee benchmarking and survey data
- Manage employee engagement and recognition programs
- Drive dynamic content for the employee Intranet and other internal employee communications
- Oversee the integration of HR processes and systems during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with all regulations
- Ensure HR administrative operations adhere to federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Drive strategic changes to enhance organizational HR capabilities.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Field Services industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Compensation & Benefits functions, including Benefits Payroll and Executive Compensation.
- Proficiency in using Workday HRIS for managing HR operations.
- Strong understanding of Compliance requirements related to HR practices in the industry.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the C-Suite and all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record in managing Employee Relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to oversee HR projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to provide strategic direction and leadership for the HR department.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certifications would be an asset.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
