Job Summary
The receptionist/HR admin assistant will provide clerical/administrative support to ensure daily quality customer service assistance. Responds to routine customer requests or inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner
- Directing calls to the appropriate department or employee
- Welcomes all customers in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner
- Determines the nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
- Provides routine information to callers and visitors
- Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and maintain and update client records
- Maintain the visitor reception area in a neat and professional condition
- Accepts, signs for, and delivers packages
- Maintain temperature log
- Assists Tax Department
- Assists Human Resources, and Executive Assistant with special projects
- Event planning and other duties as assigned. Office Environment
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to use general office equipment Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bi-lingual required
- MS Office Experience/Knowledge/
